I have worked with Gate Access Services for several years.  What I find that is most exceptional is that I never have to follow up with them on any work I have asked them to do.  Their technicians always call when they are done with a job, and if you do not answer, they follow up with an email.  As a Community Manager, my day is always busy, and when you can find a vendor you can trust and know the work is getting done right, it makes your job so much easier.
