To purchase remotes, you can either come into our office, or purchase them on our website.
To order through our website, please go to www.gate-access.com and click on the register button in the upper right-hand corner. You will then be prompted to create an account. Once your account is created, you will receive an email with a link to create a password. You will then be asked to upload a photo ID and a proof of residence document. A proof of residence document can be a utility bill, the first page of your closing documents, or any formal document with your name and the home address on it. Once we receive your photo ID and proof of residence document, your account will need to be authenticated before you can order remotes. Once your account has been authenticated, you will receive another email, letting you know that you can log in to your account and purchase remotes. If you prefer to come to our office, please bring with you a photo ID and your proof of residence document.
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 PM. Our office is closed for lunch between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.
