Gate Access Services ("we," "us," or "our") operates gate-access.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. If you call us, email us, or use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, city or property address, the service you are interested in, and details about your project. When you submit the contact form, your message is sent directly to our team by email. We do not use form submissions for advertising, and the contents of your message are not shared with analytics or advertising providers.

Spam protection on our contact form. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated bots. To do this, Cloudflare processes limited technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics. This is used only for security and spam prevention, not to profile you or target ads. Because it is needed to keep the form secure, it runs without asking for consent. Cloudflare's handling of this information is described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Optional analytics and advertising (only with your permission). When you first visit, a banner asks whether you allow analytics and advertising technologies. Unless you choose to allow them, these tools do not run:

• Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, clicks on our phone number, and whether a contact form was submitted (not what it said).
• Google Ads conversion tracking measures whether our ads lead to calls and form inquiries.

Enhanced conversions. Only if you allow advertising, when you submit our contact form Google Ads may receive the email address and phone number you entered in a hashed (scrambled) form. Google uses this to match the inquiry to an ad interaction and report whether our ads are working, and does not receive the rest of your message. If you reject advertising, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this information is not sent.

If you allow them, Google may collect information about your activity on this site, and may combine it with information about your activity on other websites over time, as described in Google's own privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy choices button at the bottom of every page. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of advertising technologies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and deliver service, and communicate with you about your project. We use analytics and advertising information, only when you allow it, to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our website host (Vercel), Cloudflare (contact form spam protection), Resend (which delivers contact form messages to our inbox), our email provider, and, if you allow them, Google's analytics and advertising services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are delivered to our business email and are not stored in a separate website database. We keep the contact information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support your project, and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have given us by emailing customerservice@gate-access.com or calling (702) 385-9969. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require.

Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still submit a request directing us not to sell your covered information by emailing customerservice@gate-access.com, and we will respond within 60 days.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above.
