To order remotes, you can either visit our office or send an email to place your order.

To place an order via email, please send a message to service@gate-access.com with the subject line “Remote Order”. In your email, attach a photo ID and a proof of residence document, such as a utility bill, the first page of your closing documents, or any formal document with your name and home address on it. Please include your contact number in the email so we can reach you directly. Upon receiving and verifying your documents, we will contact you to finalize your order. For any questions, please contact us via email or phone.

If you prefer to visit our office, please bring your photo ID and proof of residence document with you.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 PM. The office is closed for lunch between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.
